The Optimized WomanThe Women's Wisdom e-course approach has a unique structure; it uses the inherent life-coaching nature of our menstrual cycles to give students practical experiences of the concepts outlined.

The course material is focused on our personal experiences and the exploration of our own unique cycle, its Optimum Times and their associated abilities.

The life-coaching for women course material covers three areas:

Understanding our menstrual cycle and Optimum Times, and using their enhanced abilities to create well-being

  • Understanding the changes in thinking, feelings and abilities which occur during our menstrual cycles.
  • Introducing the Optimum Times enhanced abilities and skills and how to use them in everyday life to create success, fulfillment and well-being.
  • What works and what doesn't in particular phases of the menstrual cycle.
  • Creating and deepening relationships through using our Optimum Times.

Using the inherent life-coaching aspects of the menstrual cycle with our Optimum Times to achieve goals, excel and create the life we want!

Understanding why standard life-coaching for women doesn't work well for many women and how to work with the Optimum Times of the menstrual cycle to become experts at goal achievement by:

  • using our heightened skills to identify goals and plan actions
  • achieving our goals by matching tasks to our Optimum Times and creating powerful motivation based on the changing needs of our cycle
  • knowing when to analyze what works and what doesn't and when to make decisive change
  • understanding our deepest needs to create the right goals for us
  • committing to our goals in such a way as to create maximum motivation
  • knowing when to start something new for its best chance of success
